Aloo Bhujia (dry Sabji)

Full plate of Thinly sliced potatoes sautéed in mustard oil with a hint of turmeric, green chilli and onion. Dry, golden at the edges, and the kind of sabji that disappears fastest from the plate. A Bihari household staple.
