1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pahuna Kitchen website (the "Site") and any order you place with us, whether directly on the Site or through Zomato or Swiggy (each a "Delivery Partner"). By browsing the Site or placing an order through either channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Pahuna Kitchen

Pahuna Kitchen is a Bihari home-style cloud kitchen operating out of HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and holding FSSAI License No. 11225302000740. We prepare and pack food for delivery; we do not operate a dine-in restaurant.

3. Two ways to order

• Directly on this website — you select items, provide your delivery address, and pay us directly. This is a direct sale between you and Pahuna Kitchen.
• Through Zomato or Swiggy — your order, payment, and delivery tracking all happen on that platform, which has its own terms of service governing the transaction.

4. Ordering directly on this website

When you place an order on pahunakitchen.in, you are entering into a direct sale contract with Pahuna Kitchen. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item has run out or your address falls outside our serviceable delivery zones — in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Pricing & delivery charges

All prices shown on the Site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of the delivery charge, which is calculated based on the delivery zone your address falls into. The total amount charged at checkout is the price of your items plus the applicable delivery fee — see our Delivery Policy for current zones and fees. We currently deliver direct website orders within Bengaluru only.

6. Payment

Payments for direct website orders are processed through Cashfree, a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials — these are handled directly and securely by Cashfree.

7. Ordering via Zomato or Swiggy

Orders placed through Zomato or Swiggy are placed, paid for, and delivered entirely on that platform, and are governed by that platform's own terms in addition to these Terms.

8. Food, allergens & customisation

Our kitchen prepares food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens including gluten, dairy, mustard, and nuts. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please check dish descriptions carefully and contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

9. Content, intellectual property & trademarks

All text, dish descriptions, photography, logos, and the "Pahuna Kitchen" name and marks on this Site are the property of Pahuna Kitchen unless otherwise credited, protected under applicable intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pahuna Kitchen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site, delays in payment processing, or issues occurring on a Delivery Partner's platform once an order has been placed there.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
