Bihari Egg Curry

Boiled eggs [2 Eggs] sautéed first till the outside gets a light golden crust, then slow-cooked in a bold mustard oil gravy with onion, garlic and whole spices. The egg soaks up the gravy from the outside in. Simple, satisfying, and better than it has any right to be.
