Kala Jamun

2 pieces of darker, denser, and more intense than a regular gulab jamun. Deep-fried till almost black on the outside, soft and melt-in-the-mouth inside, soaked in cardamom sugar syrup till every bite is warm and fragrant. Bihar's more serious answer to the sweet ending.
